Model and Actress Nikki Ziering, Actor Jerry Mathers, Animal welfare activist and former child actress Susan Olsen, Television and stage actor Barry Williams, Television actor Christopher Knight, Television actress Maureen McCormick, Television actress Tina Yothers will be at the 5K. Laker Girls will do the warm up at 7:30 a.m. along with Snoopy.

Paws For Cause Celebrity Gala

The Waterfront Beach Resort, a dog-friendly Hilton resort in overlooking the Pacific Ocean in Huntington Beach (AKA Surf City, USA™), is proud to present Paws For Cause with Celebrity Guests on Saturday, July 24th from 6 pm to 9 pm. Limited to 100 attendees, the gala will include scheduled celebrity appearances by:

  • Model and Actress Nikki Ziering best known for her work in “American Wedding” and for her years as a Barker Beauty on “The Price Is Right”
  • Actor Jerry Mathers, best known for playing Beaver on “Leave it to Beaver”
  • Animal welfare activist and former child actress Susan Olsen, who played Cindy Brady on “The Brady Bunch”
  • Television and stage actor Barry Williams, who played Greg Brady on “The Brady Bunch”
  • Television actor Christopher Knight, who played Peter Brady on “The Brady Bunch”
  • Television actress Maureen McCormick, who played Marcia Brady on “The Brady Bunch”
  • Television actress Tina Yothers, who played Jennifer Keaton on “Family Ties”

Event sponsors will enjoy dinner catered by the Resort’s popular Shades Restaurant & Bar, an open bar, and the opportunity to take photographs with celebrity guests. The celebrity gala kicks off a weekend of activities and events for adults, children and even their four-legged friends, with proceeds going to support various community organizations.

FOUNTAIN VALLEY – Non-profit group Paws for Cause hosted its annual 5K Dog Run/Walk on Saturday at Mile Square Regional Park.
The event benefited His Chaplain for You, which provides emotional and spiritual support for those enduring hardship or life crises.

Sylvia Aimerito and Scott Spiezio!!

Sylvia Aimerito

Sylvia Aimerito, is a DJ on K-EARTH 101, and a long-time favorite of the LA radio community, having spent 10 years hosting the morning show on KBIG 104. Creative Director and co-owner of Audio Girl Productions, a flourishing TV and radio commercial and non-broadcast production company, she’s also an accomplished voiceover actress. Her voice and production work can be heard and seen on many TV and radio commercials. A condensed client list includes: NBC, Dryer’s Ice Cream, Hyundai, Princess Cruises, Playstation’s Ratchet and Clank games, Baja Fresh, IBM, Disney, Warner Bros., Ford, Sony, The Fine Living Channel, and the FBI. Sylvia also serves as Creative Director and co-founder of AudioGirl Ministries, a non profit, pro-life endeavor. When it’s time to relax, she loves to take the RV out for outdoor adventures, fly fish, walk the doggies, is an avid reader and gardener, practice shooting at the pistol and shotgun range, and is a die-hard football fan. Scott Spiezio

Scott Spiezio

Scott Spiezio, is a well-known former member of the Anaheim Angels, where he hit a 3-run home run in Game Six of the 2002 World Series against the San Francisco Giants, sparking the Angels to a dramatic come-from-behind victory. He has also played for the Oakland Athletics, Seattle Mariners, and St. Louis Cardinals. In addition to his pivotal moment helping the Angels win the World Series in 2002, Spiezio’s most productive overall season also came with the Angels in 2003, when he hit .265 with 16 home runs and 83 RBI. Another dramatic playoff moment for Scott Spiezio was playing for the St. Louis Cardinals in 2006. With the Cardinals trailing 6-4 in the seventh inning of Game 2 of the 2006 National League Championship Series, Spiezio hit a two-run triple to tie the score. The Cardinals went on to win the game and the series in seven games, then proceeded to win the 2006 World Series, earning Spiezio his second championship ring.
